• Your Images & Assets: When you drag, drop, or paste a PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG file, the file is read into memory via the browser’s native FileReader and HTML5 Canvas APIs. It never touches our servers.
• Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not require, collect, or store your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
• User Accounts or Passwords: The service is completely free and unauthenticated. No account creation is required or supported.
• Financial or Billing Data: Favicon Maker AI is 100% free to use. We do not ask for or store credit cards, bank details, or payment methods.

2. Local Browser Storage & Cookies

Favicon Maker AI does not use tracking cookies or persistent advertising cookies:

• Theme Preference: We store a single minimal key in your browser’s localStorage (theme: 'dark' | 'light') strictly to remember your UI preference between visits.
• Zero Tracking Cookies: We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, fingerprinting pixels, or behavioral cross-site trackers.

3. Hosting & Infrastructure

Our website is hosted statically via Cloudflare Pages. When you request web pages, standard internet connection telemetry (such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and HTTP request headers) is processed by Cloudflare's edge network solely to route content, prevent DDoS attacks, and enforce transport-layer security (TLS 1.3 encryption). This telemetry is governed by Cloudflare's strict global privacy standards and is not used by us to profile individuals.

4. Web Fonts & CDNs

To deliver high-performance typography in accordance with our Geist design system, we utilize Google Fonts to serve the Geist and Geist Mono font files. When your browser requests these font assets, standard font-delivery caching headers are utilized without setting tracking cookies.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Because Favicon Maker AI collects no personal data, user accounts, or uploaded image files, there is no personal data record to inspect, rectify, or purge. If you contact our support email directly, your email address and message content will only be used to answer your inquiry and will never be shared, leased, or sold to third parties.
